We are so excited to get this bean in and start roasting it. Our supplier, Coffee Shrub in San Francisco, shared some samples with us at the Specialty Coffee Association EXPO earlier this month. We roasted it to city + (light) and found it to be simply AMAZING. The dry aroma is intense! The front end of this roast is crisp and immediately comes across as berries. As it cools, it hints at dark chocolate and brown sugar.  Grown at 2000 meters above sea level (about 6500 feet), this is a very high-elevation bean, maturing slowly, leading to a complex flavor profile. We can't wait to hear your brewing stories!
